Professional Home Inspections
Established in 2017, Tursi Home Inspections is a premier Home Inspection company, offering services beyond the standard Inspection. Tursi Home Inspections is lead by Vinny Tursi, who has over 15 years of property preservation experience, as well as over 20 years experience with general home repair/maintenance services. Vinny is also a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).

Services Offered
Standard Home Inspection
Basic inspection of the home and garage. Inspections start at $375.00 for up to 2000 Sq. Ft. Additional $25.00 is charged per 1000SF for homes larger than 2000 Sq. Ft.
Well Water Testing
Optional Well Water Testing is available for $30.00.
Pre-Sale Inspection
Ready to sell your home? Want to know what to expect when your home goes under contract? A Pre-Sale inspection is similar to the Standard Inspection, only this is for seller(s) to prepare for the sale. Prices start at $325.00 and follows the same pricing model as the Standard Inspection.
Apartment Inspections
Currently live in an apartment and feel like your home may not be safe? Have a dispute with your landlord over safety issues? Apartment inspections would review any potential safety issues and bring them to light so they can be shared with the landlord. An apartment is still a home and you should feel safe.
These inspections are offered at a flat fee of $150.00, regardless of the size.
Commercial Inspection
Ready to invest in a commercial property to grow your business? Commercial Inspections are offered to make sure the property you're investing in will help your business thrive! Prices start at $600.00
Property maintenace/Preservation
Outside of inspections, we offer Property maintenance service which include lawn cutting and snow removal. We also offer Property preservation services and can maintain your vacation home while you're away. Prices dependent on scope of work.

We primarily cover Sullivan County, but can provide service to additional areas.
Vermont
We cover most of Windsor County , but can also provide service to additional areas.
